Hassle Free Returns:
If you wish to return anything you bought from us, we will be happy to offer the resolution provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will guide you through the process on 0114 327 3553, email email@example.com and we will get back to you.
- Please notify us with the image of the damaged goods or defective product before returning them.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
If we have agreed to pay for the return postage, then we will ask you to drop the parcel at the nearest DPD parcel shop, as no other means of collections could be arranged.
Any refund due will be credited back to the original payment method (Cards), within 3-5 working days of us receiving the goods.
Out of Stock Policy:
Our offers change frequently, and we take every possible effort on having the stock of every single product. But unfortunately, sometimes a product will be unavailable on the day of your order, if so, our customer service team will contact you by email or phone and inform you about the unavailable items and process you the refunds back to your card for unavailable items value.
We'll send you an email to let you know we've processed your refund back to your card and it usually take between 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
