This 777 mixed pickle is made using raw mangoes, fresh lemon, bittergourd, carrots and hot green chillies which are then cut into tiny bits and pickled using salt, chilli powder and other spices mixed and seasoned with mustard and edible oil. This 777 pickle tastes hot and tangy, best served with yogurt rice.
